UK SHIPPING 
All orders (including international) will be shipped out via the Royal Mail within 1-2 days but can take up to 3-4 business days. Please kindly bare with us during busy periods (etc new launches, festive period, big holidays).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Kindly head over to the Royal Mail website for tracked mail (if you have opt for track and sign services), you or click the link in your dispatch notice email. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking to populate and update.

If you are purchasing items over 
£25, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Should you decide to use the "Royal Mail International Standard" option, please understand that we are not liable for any missing or untraceable parcels. As soon as the parcel leaves our hands, we are no longer in control of its logistics. Upon request, we will send you an image of your parcel right before it goes out to the sorting centre (with stamps and dates) and proof of postage. We will not be responsible to give a refund or resend your items should you decide to use an untraceable option. 

Please note that the option "Royal Mail International Standard" aims to deliver your parcel within 7 - 10 business days but may also take up to 42 - 50 business days of delivery. Kindly head over to the Royal Mail website for more information.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused via the carrier and/or customs.

We are not liable for local customs and sales tax. Your local customs authority may notify you once your order reaches your country and customs and sales tax may be applied and paid by you before you receive your goods. Any customs delay or charges that may occur is beyond our control.

LOST/ STOLEN/ DAMAGED PARCELS
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel. By purchasing you adhere to these conditions. In the unlikely event your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, we will send you proof of receipt and you can look to make a claim with Royal Mail.
